Due to the nature of our product (a personal care styling tool), we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of our customers.

• All sales are final.
• We do not issue refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coiffebeauty.com, and we will provide a replacement if eligible.
